Portrait - Amor & Venus

It has been a long time since I've posted. Many things are "happening" as I discover new ways to explore my creativity. Currently I'm working on a short film and also a documentary, which steals time from my paintings. The classic battle of the creative mind.

However, last night, I found time to sketch my next motive. I've grown fascinated of the old masters paintings, so I decided to make a real classical painting.

I simply love the way they painted, and I want to catch that certain glow.

These are my first quick sketches I did last night, so dont expect too much. It is just to give you an idea of what is in store...for those of you that care...:-)
